we have been making a wine called pigbrusco for some time now. the regulars know it as a sweet, light, chilled red wine thats lower in alcohol and suited to just sharing with friends.
it’s not complicated.
year to year the grapes used to create this wine change as i’m looking for a style of grape to make it from.
it’s not an ageing style, so if you have a bottle, pop it in the fridge because you never know when you might need one cold.
it would be well suited to enjoying with a cheese and cold meat platter.
