2020 rosed pork

the cooler climate of young brings out the fragrance of the cabernet making a lovely, fresh rose. after crushing the grapes the skins are left in contact with the juice for 24 hours to get colour and flavour out of them.

the resulting wine is darker in colour than most people expect from a rose. it is sweet, but not overly so, and has a firm finish.
