pigbrusco is a light, chilled, sweet red wine designed for immediate drinking.
this one is made out of cabernet from orange and you can pick up some of the mintyness on the nose.
these wines aren’t designed for cellaring or food matching, i think of them as just nice little drinks. having said that, i wouldn’t hesitate to crack one with a plate of cold meats and cheese and good company.
