A culmination of talents – chef’s Emerson Rodriguez, Sam Alexander and Sommelier Pat Hester bring you the hottest new venue in the Hunter.

Focussing on the art of cooking over fire, Yellow Billy’s drawcard is a custom-made fire pit which will be used daily to cook proteins and vegetables.

Want a 500g Local Lovedale Suckling Pig to share? No problem.

We have created a flexible sharing menu to suit your needs and is unlike anything else in the Hunter Valley.

Matched to a progressive list of local, national and International wines that are desperate to be paired with anything off the grill.

Our menu includes a variety of Snacks, Sides, Fire Pit Proteins and Desserts.

We also offer a 3 course shared banquet menu (proteins subject to availability) for groups of 2 or more.
