Description
I had an idea to make a breakfast wine a few years ago. When I do a Sunday brekky with the family my go to is pancakes, ice cream and raspberry/cherries on top. It’s only breakfast, so we don’t need anything too challenging, so a 5.5% shiraz “juice” was created. It’s only partially fermented, so there’s a lot of natural sweetness and then its fizzed up in something like a giant soda stream machine to give it a tingle on the tongue. People seem to have adopted this wine in a way I never foresaw and its become a lot of peoples go to at breakfast, lunch and dinner. It doesn’t matter, drink it whenever you like!
