Savvy pig is the name given to our sauvignon blanc that’s made in stainless steel. The fruit was grown in Orange NSW, a cold region noted for sav blanc production. The juice was kept cold and clarified prior to ferment ensuring pristine fruit flavors. This wine delivers all the passionfruity, tropical fruit characters that people associate with cold climate sav blanc. Try it with a tomato/burrata salad in its youth.
