lemon pig is the name we have decided to attribute to an old semillon block we use down the east end of deasys rd. it's a beautiful, north facing block on crumbly red soils, just perfect for growing super premium hunter semillon.

this is not a thin, acidic wine, but rather a generous expression of semillon with flavour and body. try this single vineyard wine in its youth with a classic match such as oysters with a squeeze of lemon juice.
