we have been playing with muscat grapes and winemaking techniques lately and have evolved in our thinking to using more hunter valley black muscat in our moscato and giving it more skin contact.

the end result is a pinker wine with elevated rose petal and pink musk stick notes.

a great wine to share with friends or to marry up with a bowl of gelato.
