rosed pork is our slightly sweet rosé style wine. it's a bit out there as we are skin contacting cabernet from orange, nsw, overnight, which means a lot of colour and a lot of red wine flavours. a long, slow, super cold ferment brings out esters and gives the wine a confectionary nose of bubble gum and strawberry cream lollies. enjoy in its youth with friends.
