The suckling pig shiraz is a bit of an institution here at piggs peake. The wine was created as a food wine match to chocolatey desserts. In the cellar door when you try it we give you a bit of Callebaut chocolate and the result is a cherry ripe experience.

Interestingly, this wine cellars well and develops orange peel characters with age. As an aged wine try it with a Jaffa cake.
