you just have to believe us when we say this is a wine made from grenache. grenache is one of the worlds most famous red grapes, so it's quite a surprise to see it look like a white wine in the glass. these grapes were harvested in young, nsw, and were immediately crushed and squeezed dry to minimise skin contact. an extra hard squeeze delivered texture and body to this dry rosé.
